THIS IS OUR STORY

HOW IT BEGAN


At  a young age in Belgium, Guy PAPILLON found a natural connection to the boating world through his father, Marc PAPILLON, the founder of POLYMAC MARINE in 1961.
Marc was an innovator in composite shipbuilding and a successful importer of several well-known boat brands. Marc’s early sudden death changed everything, but by that time the family bond with the water was permanent.

For six decades, the name PAPILLON has stood for great yacht service and developed a rich knowledge of mechanical and technical skills with several famous boat manufacturers. 


If you can turn your hobby into a job, you'll never have to work a day in your life. This, along with my love for my family & yachts, is what drives me to do this together.



Therefore, it is not surprising that we take over in 2020. Canelli Company is a family owned and operated business located in Italy, uses the most advanced construction techniques, combined with the newest technology available.
